You're a rockstar. This means you've had the courage to get the help you (or you and your partner) need. I'm thrilled to be able to serve you! So, what's the process?
Make an appointment. Simply fill out the form above or contact 407.612.6447 to schedule an initial consultation or counseling session.
Fill out the necessary paperwork. Before we get started there are some forms to fill out. You can find them here. Just download, print, read and fill them out (COUPLES, each partner will need to fill out a separate INTAKE FORM). Bring those with you to your first session. (PARENTS, please be sure to fill out the Consent to Treat a Minor section in that packet).
Come to your first appointment. Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment, grab a seat in the building's lobby and text 407.612.6447 to let me know you've arrived! I will text you back when it's time to head up to the office (or I'll come down to let you in after building hours.)
